2.How long is the production lead time?
For stocked colors, its fast delivery, can ship wintin 7days.
If customzied OEM order, It takes 30-60 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.

3.Can we use our own shipping agent?
Yes, it is ok to use nominated forwarders to arrange shipment.

4.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance payment before the shipping.

5.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, in 3-5 workdays will be sent out for customized sample.
If you want your designs, about 5-12workdays will be ready, subjet to you designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.

6. The logo and the color can be customized?
Yes, we welcome you to sample custom

7.Can we use our own shipping agent?
